Size: 35m² Wildflower Turf
We were approached in March 2011 by Helen Wood and Darren Rudge, lecturers and designers at Wolverhampton College, for Wildflower Turf for their garden design for the Gardeners World Live Show 2011.
The turf was to be delivered flat by bespoke haulier, direct to the show ground at the NEC Birmingham.
The Show Garden entitled "Naturally Playful" was designed to show how children would play in more natural environments surrounded by wild flowers and trees. It was built with the assistance of some 60 students from the Cedars Horticulture Centre attached to the college.
This year, their design won a Gold Medal and Best in Show.
